This chest of drawers was designed by French cabinetmaker André Sornay for a special order in the 1960s (label on the back of the cabinet). It is made up of four black tubular metal legs and a mahogany frame completed with black lacquered panels on the sides and above. On the front, there are four drawers on the right, it has been lacquered in blue, on the left, a black lacquered sliding door opening onto a storage space composed of two shelves.
This chest of drawers has the ideal proportions to be placed in an entrance hall, a small living room or even in a bedroom. We love its authenticity and its totally vintage look. A pretty piece of design that will delight amateurs and collectors.
