Alain Richard sideboard model 198 in elm edition Meuble TV 1955
This sideboard, model 198, was created in 1955 by the French designer Alain Richard, and then published by Meuble TV (signature inside, see photo). It is composed of a base with four tubular sections, lacquered in black, on which an elm structure rests. This piece of furniture has a storage space made up of shelves on the left, closed with two doors, as well as three drawers on the right. The black metal "L" handles are the designer's trademark.
We like the minimalist and sober lines of the model which will easily integrate into all styles of decoration.
The long length of its top will allow you to place many decorative objects such as a lamp, a trinket bowl, a candle, etc.
It will find its place in a living room or even an entrance and will bring a vintage touch to your interior!
