Rosemarie and Rico Baltensweiler floor lamp model 600 1960
This floor lamp is the famous 600 model designed by the duo of Swiss designers Rosemarie and Rico Baltensweiler between 1950 and 1960. Different elements and metals make up this luminaire: a circular base in black lacquered cast iron, a vertical stem in nickel-plated steel and a reflector in white and black lacquered aluminum sheet.
Different fixing points of the rods allow this luminaire to be articulated in multiple positions, according to your desires and your needs. A switch is located on the chrome part of the reflector.
This floor lamp is the designer's most popular model, which easily fits into any type of interior: an entrance, a living room, or professional offices... it has a modernist and minimalist design.
For the additional little story, one of the first architects to have placed it in an interior is Le Corbusier for a show apartment in 1956.
