Michel Ducaroy sofa model Marsala in brown leather edition Ligne Roset 1970

This sofa was designed by Michel Ducaroy, French designer, for Ligne Roset (stamp on a cushion, picture n°15) in the 70's. It can accommodate 3 to 4 persons. It is composed of a structure in brown plexiglass, 3 cushions covered with pieces of leather and two armrests also covered with leather.
Michel Ducaroy will dedicate 26 years of his life to the head of the design department of Ligne Roset company. The Marsala is one of its first models dating from the year 60-70 using the new materials of the time, like the thermoformed plastic.
