Robin Day armchairs model 675 edition Airborne 1950 set of 2

This pair of armchairs, model 675, was designed in the 1950s by the English designer couple Robin and Lucienne Day, then edited by Airborne. It is composed of a tubular structure in black metal, a foam seat and a backrest covered with fabric. Two colors are available: Snowy brown or Snowy gray fabric depending on the model, the fabrics come from Maison Thevenon, partner of the gallery.
Armrests and backrest come together to give to this pair of armchairs a unique structural design. This model is part of the design essentials of the 50s.
