This set of model 316 chairs was designed by Danish design duo Peter Hvidt and Orla Molgaard-Nielsen, and then produced in the 1960s by Soborg Mobelfabrik. It features a teak frame and a woven straw seat. These chairs feature two key design elements: an eye-catching diagonal crossbar and a beautiful detailing on the backrest that adds a touch of originality (see photo).
