This rare chair is the upholsterer version of the C model designed by Marcel Gascoin for Arhec in the 50s. It is composed of a solid oak structure, a seat and a back in fabric. This chair has been re-upholsterer with the Beige Bergamo range from Bisson Bruneel, a French fabric publisher.
Marcel Gascoin is a French designer known for his creations of minimalist wooden furniture accessible to the general public.
