Description : this lovely first edition armchair of the PK20 model was designed by Poul Kjaerholm, Scandinavian designer, then edited in 1950 by Kold Christensen (producer stamp under the seat, picture n°12). It consists of a solid structure made of nickel plated steel with a "ski" base and then a seat in brown leather saddle stitch. This armchair has a mobile cylindrical headrest on the upper part.
This armchair edited by Kold Christensen is the first edition of the PK20 model, it was reissued during the 80's by Fritz Hansen after he bought the rigts.
Condition : this product is in good vintage condition, it has a beautiful patina of leather and traces of oxidation of time (picture n°13,14 et 15).
Restoration : high and low leather parts has previously remplaced
